Do you take song requests from guests during the event?
You're welcome to decide whether you'd like me to take song requests from your guests. I'm happy to accommodate requests—as long as they suit the vibe on the dance floor and keep the energy flowing. To make it even easier (and minimize interruptions at the DJ booth), we offer a convenient music request platform your guests can use throughout the night.

Do you MC and make all announcements?
Yes, being the MC is an important part of my business. I love getting people excited by being interactive. In additional to making announcements

What if I request a song that you don't have in your library?
Thanks to the internet, I can usually find a song no matter what and play it on the spot. Having access to the venues private Wifi connection helps with this process.

What's your favorite music to play?

Do your rates include setup/breakdown time?
I only charge you from the time music starts to the time music stops. Travel, Setup, Breakdown is all included at no extra cost.

What time do you begin setting up?
I typically begin setup about 2 hours before the event starts to ensure everything is fully prepared and running smoothly well before your guests arrive.

How long does it take to break down?
It usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes; sometimes a little longer depending on which package you get.

How far in advance do I need to book you for my event?
If you’re planning your event on a Friday or Saturday within the next year it’s time to book now! Currently booking 2026/2027 events.

When is the payment due?
There are 3 options for payment
1. Paying in Full (Upfront)
2. 50% Down (Upfront), 50% Later

Yes, you have a choice of wireless handheld, lavalier or over-ear microphones.

What are the differences between dance floor lighting, uplighting, and intelligent lighting?
Dance Floor Lighting is lighting directed to dance-floor area. These are multi-colored lights that help create a lively, exciting environment!
Uplighting is a popular lighting effect created by strategically placing lighting fixtures on the floor around the perimeter of the venue and pointing them upwards. Thus creating the effect of "up lighting".
Uplighting is a very effective way to dramatically improve the ambience of an event space. You can rent up to 28x Uplights at a time depending on the size of your venue.
Intelligent lighting refers to lighting that has automated or mechanical abilities beyond basic dance floor lighting with glowing totems.

Does the ceremony time need to be included in the total package hours?
You only have to get the ceremony setup if the ceremony is taking place in separate location from where the reception is taking place.
Example: Reception is taking place inside the ballroom, ceremony is outside. You need the ceremony setup.

Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely, I love to travel! There are only 3 things that we’d need to work out.

Do you work holidays?
Yes, but my rates are double on all major holidays.
